Republic of South Africa


Republic of South Africa or the Union of South Africa is a country in southern Africa.Neighboring South Africa with Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe in the north, Mozambique and Swaziland in the northeast. The entire country of Lesotho lies in the interior of South Africa.

In the past, the state government was criticized for its political 'apartheid'nya but now South Africa is a democratic country with the largest white population on the African continent. South Africa is also a country with various nations, and has 11 official languages. The country is also renowned as a producer of diamonds, gold and platinum in the world.

Messi Would Shines at World Cup 2010

Former Argentina midfielder who was once a world champion in 1978, Osvaldo Ardiles, said that after seeing the performance of Messi in the Champions League quarter-final duel. Ossie understand if Messi and his friends through the difficult phase of the South American zone qualifiers for football there tend to be hard. This is not match the style of play Messi, who loves to play very close to the opponent.

Fake Costume 12,000 in South Africa Police Seize



Toward the 2010 World Cup in South Africa in a very festive confirm will directly utilized the T-shirt manufacturer. They produce thousands of costumes and the South African national team is expected to rake huge profits. However, the police hurried out and seized about 12,000 fake South African costumes.

Johannesburg police spokesman, Colonel Vishnu Naidoo, said the police confiscated the shirt is worth 3.6 million rand (about USD 4.4 billion). T-shirt that brought a truck at the border of Swaziland. Police immediately suspected and blocking. Apparently, the truck was carrying a false South African national team costumes.
According to Naidoo, the shirt was made in China and smuggled into South Africa. If not caught, the original T-shirt sales will be much disturbed and harmed.
Costume South Africa known as the "Bafana Bafana" became very popular before the 2010 World Cup. Naidoo explained that the police had reported the case to FIFA and the local committee.

Happy Earth Day




 Happy Earth Day  

   Different cities from 92 countries today getting ready to turn off the lights for an hour just to commemorate Earth Day and support the movement of saving the environment against climate change.
Last year, the event was attended by 88 countries. New areas that participated in the year 2010, including Kosovo, Madagascar, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Cambodia, Czech Republic, Paraguay, Ecuador, and the Northern Marina Islands in the Pacific Ocean.
   Earth Hour management committee, ie turn off lights for an hour the deal was confirmed that this year 1100 the city had agreed to participate. "Earth Hour Earth's population reflects the determination to make the world a better and healthier," said Earth Hour executive director Andy Ridley. "This event brings together a number of cities, communities, businesses and individuals in an effort to combat climate change," he said.
   Initially, Earth Hour is an initiative of WWF, started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, when two million people turned off their lights for an hour. In 2008, the number of participants involved had jumped to 50 million people around the world. In 2009, hundreds of millions of people participate, where more than 4,000 city lights.
